You travel up a road leading to a sparkling and shimmering city skyline etched against the water that surrounds the hill it is perched atop of. You travel up the hill and arrive at the immense silver gates of the city. You look behind you to see the city you came from and notice that you are standing on a cloud. You go back to look and as soon as you break the cloud cover you are back on the road again. You turn around once more, and it seems as if there are no clouds, just the continuing road up to the gate. You re approach the gate.
There is a sentry here who checks you out to see if you have any ill-intent or unauthorized weapons on your person. If you have Telekinetic or Telepathic powers you can feel the strong mental probe, and if you are Magically inclined, you can feel the Magical scan used by this Sentry as he uses a hand-held detector on you for weapons. If satisfied that it is safe to let you in, the Sentry will return to his booth and press a button which causes the gates to swing out and open.
Upon your entrance of PalaceCity you see in front of you a neat and clean sidewalk lined street with a few people walking about, doing their business, running errands, or just walking for fun. You also see many pollution-free modes of transport along the street itself. You also notice someone getting into a cylindrical elevator like structure which a door slides shut to upon their entry. When the door opens the person is gone. You see the words
You walk into the Teleport Pad and the door closes. Finding the slot above the panel of buttons, you insert it, and to your surprise a hidden panel flips over above the Key Card slot, revealing other buttons. You examine them, seeing some that are labeled for areas of the Inner Palace. Remembering what the Sentry said, you find the one with a castle on it, and push it. The next thing you know, you are standing in another TelePad. You cannot tell by the TelePad itself on the inside, seeing as it looks like any other TelePad, but on the outside you can see that you are in the Inner Palace. Taking the Key Card out of the slot and hearing a soft click as you do, you exit the TelePad.
You are escorted by two Sentries to a room with a large black table with silver chairs all around it. You are seated in a chair, and told to wait. You do so, and Ten`ou Haruka And Kaiou Michiru enter the room, taking their seats at the head of the table, turning to you and saying. . .
Description of PalaceCity
Palace City is a large city built around and connected to the Inner Palace, which was there first. The Inner Palace is called thus because it is the inner area of the city, shielded from the rest, and because it was originally a Palace. The city around and connected to the Inner Palace was built by crews watched over and aided by Ten`ou Haruka and Kaiou Michiru.
Haruka Ten`ou was brought back from the dead and made immortal (will explain in-depth in the Storyline) by an unknown force and sent to the palace. Upon her arrival, she was told about the plans for the city and her role in governing it. Haruka monitored and aided in building half of the city, giving suggestions as to what should be built and where.
Later, the same mysterious force brought Michiru back to life, making her immortal, and sent her to the Inner Palace to be briefed on her role in governing the city just as Haruka was, and to meet up with Haruka. Michiru monitored and aided the rest of the city's construction as Haruka took instruction courses to help her better run PalaceCity at Michiru's side.
The city appears to be on a hill from a distance, and only upon reaching the Gates of the city can you tell that it is not truly on a hill, but nestled on clouds. The path to the City is an illusion caused by the Magisphere that controls all of the Magic of the city itself. It also causes the city to be quite hard to find, seeing as just anyone was not meant to get there.
Inside of the Gates is a city bustling with life and quite clean in appearance. Appearances are not deceiving in this case, seeing as PalaceCity has strict laws against any and all pollution. There are no vehicles that spew pollution into the air in this city, and to cut down on the need for vehicles, there are the TelePads (Teleport Pads) which can whisk you to any destination in the city. For homes and residences, each person living there is issued a Key Card that, when inserted into the slot on a TelePad will teleport them directly to their home.
All Residential Key Cards issued are aqua and blue in color. Business District Key Cards are yellow and red, Maintenance Key Cards are gray and green, Military Key Cards are white and gold, and Inner Palace Key Cards are black and silver. Any Single-Use Key Card is only one color. Residential - Blue, Business - Red. Maintenance - Green, Military - Gold, and Inner Palace - Silver. Note: All Inner Palace Key Cards also give access to Military facilities, but the reverse is not true. No Military Key Card gives access to the Inner Palace, only Inner Palace Key Cards do. Also, only Haruka and Michiru have the authority to issue Inner Palace Key Cards, be they Single-Use or Infinite.
This city is large and vast, allowing for many different types of people, and the people of the city live in relative peace, crime being as frowned upon as pollution. Also how hard the city is to find aids in the prevention of outside violence. It has anything you would find in most other cities, so don't be afraid to check around. What you are looking for may be right under your nose...or your fingertip in a TelePad.
The Magisphere is a large sphere kept in a secret room inside of the Palace That controls all of the Magic of PalaceCity. The TelePads, the illusions, and many other things. This sphere has a living, thinking personality and is sometimes consulted by Haruka or Michiru for advice with problems. Mainly Haruka. There are only two Keys to this room, and both are a rainbow reflective silver in color. Only Haruka and Michiru have access to this room.
If any structure in PalaceCity is demolished, an android crew will immediately clean up any and all debris, and rebuild the place, unless that particular crew has been deactivated by either Haruka or Michiru. Only they can do this, seeing as they run the computers inside of the Inner Palace.
Storyline
The Current Storyline takes place after the ends of each series. In Haruka and Michiru's case, after the end of Sailor Moon, in which they died (As far as the other founder of this channel has researched), hence, they came back from the dead.
These two, along with any other heroes brought into the RP by other players are here to defend the earth against any and all attacks, being the world's greatest protectors. Haruka and Michiru will later find out about their immortality, which at the beginning of the RP they do not know about yet. Some of the facts about this immortality are that Haruka and Michiru can die, they just come back 15 minutes later. also, the death can change them either in disposition, mentality, or it can alter their memories. Haruka could die and come back thinking she is Cher, or Michiru could die and come back evil, and many other scenarios. They also have a link between the two of them of a telepathic communication level no one else can "hear". It is signified by two sets of colons on either side of the phrases, such as. . . ::Michiru, what do you think we should do with him?::
One of the goals of Haruka and Michiru is to find out who brought them back to life once they realize that they were brought back. Their other mission is to defend the earth against any major attacks and to watch for extremely powerful negative activity on earth so that they may fight it and get rid of it before it gets too strong.
